Access to Human Made benefits will happen at different stages of your first year at Human Made. This page should be used as a guide – if there is something you require to get your job done then you should discuss with your manager about accessing it early. An example might be a training course or a piece of equipment,
Here’s what you can access at different stages:
From first day:
- New computer and headphones
- Month-to-month access at co-working space or office
- Home internet (if you aren’t paying for an office)
- Any software or peripherals needed to do your job
- Holidays, sick leave, health insurance (if relevant), pension
- Headspace well-being app
From the end of probation:
- Office Equipment (desk, chair, monitor)
- Phone
- Longer-term co-working/office contracts
From six months
- Professional development budget (although you can request earlier if needed to do your job)
From one year:
- Full maternity, adoption, and paternity leave (statutory is available before this and enhanced may be provided on a case by case basis)
