As a remote company, travel is an important part of our culture. Travelling allows us to meet up in person, to work together, to learn from each other, to learn from people outside the company, and, most importantly, to get to hang out and get to know one-another person-to-person.
It’s up to you how much you travel as an employee at Human Made, however there are roles with higher expectations regarding travel, such as client visits for commercial roles.
