As of April 2022, there is an H2 called Human Updates where employees can share either work or personal updates. This H2 used to be called Weekly Updates. These updates are no longer compulsory, there is no set cadence for publishing a post, and it is not compulsory to be subscribed to the H2.
They can be a good resource for getting to know colleagues better especially before meeting them in person, such as at a retreat.
