AppleCare Help Desk Support

If you use an Apple phone, computer or accessory for work which Human Made purchased for you (either directly or HM reimbursed you) and the device stops working in some way, you can use our AppleCare Help Desk Support membership to get assistance.

If you need to make use of it, please ping Daisy (or Zoe if she’s away) in the #company-admin channel in Slack and she will make an initial enquiry on your behalf. She will require the serial number of the device.

AirPods can also be replaced in this way although it’s usually quicker and easier to contact Apple yourself directly via live chat for example.
