Travelling to clients

We are a remote company, so as much as possible our work is done remotely. But from time-to-time, you may be expected to travel to attend an in-person meetup with a client for things like client pitches, lunches, kick-off meetings, launch processes, training, and workshops.

When we travel we do so in the way that’s going to deliver value for the client. Normally, we fly economy class, but if you are doing a long-haul flight and expect to attend a meeting directly upon arrival, you should discuss with you manager about the possibility of flying premium economy or business class. Once this has been discussed you should open an expenses ticket in the expenses repo.
