We use a Google Calendar to keep track of things going on in the company throughout the year. This includes events such as WordCamps, regular calls and hangouts, and retreats.

When someone joins Human Made they will be added to all the shared calendars as part of on-boarding.

We use separate calendars for other things such as individuals’ time-off, recurring ‘office hours’ slots and the 2020 Virtual Retreat.

Feel free to add your own events to any of the shared calendars. You don’t need to manually invite everyone in the company, instead people will see the event on the shared calendar and can invite themselves if they wish.
