We use Google Calendar to keep track of all of the things going on in the company throughout the year. This includes events, regular calls and hangouts, and individuals’ holidays.
When someone joins Human Made they should be added to the calendar.
To do this:
- Ensure you are logged in to your Human Made Google Apps account (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Navigate to https://calendar.google.com/
- Locate the Human Made calendar on the left hand side of your screen
- Hover over it with your mouse so you can access the dropdown menu
- Click Share this Calendar
- Add the person to the calendar
