Team Admin

Team admin can be found in slack in the #teamadmin room in Slack.

Team admin can be contacted for the following:

  • Expenses
  • Payroll
  • Invoicing
  • Xero navigation
  • HM events administration
  • HR admin
  • Assistance with Visas

Employees are expected to book their own travel and accommodation for business trips such as conferences, meetups & client visits.

Retreat travel and accommodation will continue to be booked by the company.

For travel and accommodation bookings, the shared HM credit card in 1Passsword can be used, the steps below must be followed:

  • Purchases over £500 should be run by us first
  • A valid invoice receipt must be obtained and added to the ‘Receipts for the communal HSBC credit card’ folder in Dropbox upon completing the purchase
  • Correct billing details must be entered and be reflected on the invoice
