If you use an Apple phone, computer or accessory (e.g. AirPods) for work which Human Made purchased for you (either directly or HM reimbursed you) and the device stops working in some way, you can use Human Made’s Joint Venture membership to get it repaired. The advantages of this are:
- You get priority appointments at a Genius Bar in an Apple store (available in these countries: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and the USA).
- If repairs cannot be done on the spot, they will give you another device to use while yours is being repaired.
If you need to make use of Joint Venture, please ping Daisy (or Zoe if she’s away) in the #company-admin channel in Slack and she will add you to the account.
After being added to the account, you will have to wait 24 hours before being able to attend a Genius Bar appointment, unless you go to an Apple store in the UK.
N.B. Only two employees can be using our membership at one time so if there are already two others in the process of getting a device repaired you will either have to wait until one of them has finished or make alternative arrangements.
